On the 26th of this month, it will be 18 months since I had weight loss surgery. I have ONE pound to go until I reach my personal goal. Will the dreaded scales be nice to me? Stay tuned.

The scales are not being nice to me this week. I’ve been oddly calm about it, but I have to admit a feeling of paranoia in the back of my head. Will it ever move again? Of course it will.
